Transparent formulas adapted to your specific needs
In accordance with our ethical rules, each intervention by JusT.VAT will be subject to the opening of a file. During this process, an agreement will be established outlining, among other things, the method for calculating our fees.
JusT.VAT offers its clients different fee systems that can also complement each other.

Hourly billing
Fees calculated based on the number of hours worked, depending on the lawyer's experience and the complexity of the case

JusT 4 you
Flexible monthly subscription with dedicated lawyer and degressive rates based on the number of hours.
JusT 1 time
Flat rate of €250 excl. VAT for a single consultation meeting, without additional fees.
Important information
About expenses: Fees do not include costs or any disbursements, which are calculated separately.
Applicable VAT: Our fees and firm costs are subject to VAT.
Approximate budget: At the beginning of the file, we propose, if the file allows and if the client wishes, an approximate budget for our intervention.
